I-KINH THỦ THÁI ÂM PHẾ

I-LUNG MERDIAN OF HAND-TAIYIN

I.       Đường vận hành - Passage

Kinh lạc chạy từ tam tiêu (phía trong cơ thể), men theo Đại trường, Vị qua cơ hoành đến Phế, sau đó chạy từ giữa cổ và ngực chạy ra ngoài, khi chạy đến Trung phủ thực chất là đã chạy ở phía ngoài. Kinh lạc tiếp tục đi từ phía dưới xương đòn (huyệt Trung Phủ) men theo bờ trong cánh tay cho đến ngón tay cái. Kinh chạy qua hõm khuỷu tay (huyệt Xích Trạch),động mạch quay (huyệt Liệt Khuyết và huyệt Thái uyên), đồng thời thông qua tâm kinh và tâm bào kinh, chạy thẳng đến góc ngón tay cái và dừng ở huyệt Thiếu Thương.

The lung Merdian of hand-Taiyin begins from L1 acupoint, located below the lateral end of the clavicle, it goes down to distal along the medial aspect of the upper arm. It passes radial aspect of heart Meridian and triple anergizer meridial. Reaching L5 acupoint in cubital fossa, reaching L7 and L9 acupoints in the area of the transverse wrist crease, finally it ends at the medial aspect of nail corner of the thumb.

The meridian first goes through an inner passage which in unseen on the Mode1. It originates from the scope of 3 energizer, running downward to large intestine, winding back, to stomach, through diaphragm and enters the lung, its pertaining organ. After it runs on upper area, between neck and thorax, It comes out from L1 acupoint upwardly.

II.    Các huyệt-Acupoints

1.  Trung phủ: Cách đường giữa ngực 6 thốn, dưới xương đòn 1 thốn, ở xương sườn thứ .

L1: Zhongfu (The from Mu acupoint of lung)

Location: 6 cun lateral to the anterior midline, 1cun below the clavice, in 1        stintercostal space.

      2.  Vân môn:Bờ dưới xương đòn,cách đường giữa ngực 6 thốn

L2: Yumen

Location: 6 cun lateral to the anterior, below the clavice, in the depression between M. deltoideus and M. pectoralis major.

      3.   Thiên phủ:

a)    Dưới điểm cuối nếp nách trước 3 thốn, bờ ngoài cơ nhị đầu cánh tay 

b)   Giơ tay lên, đầu nghiêng về phía cánh tay, đầu mũi chỉ hướng Thiên phủ

L3: Tianfu

Location:

a) On the medial aspect of the upper arm, 3 cun below the Anterior end of the axillary fold, in the location between M. Biceps brachii and M. deltoideus.

b) When man raise the arm, bend the head to the arm, the nose tip Point to L3.

            4.   Hiệp bạch:Phần giữa bờ ngoài xương cánh tay, từ huyệt Thiên phủ thẳng xuống 1 thốn.

L4: Xiaba

Location: On the medial aspect of the upper arm, 1 cun below L3, on the radial aspect of the biceps brachia muscle.

5.      Xích trạch:Trung điểm nếp khuỷu tay,bờ ngoài cơ nhị đầu cánh tay.

L5: Chize (Purge, the He-Sea acupoint, the Water acupoint)

Location: On the cubital crase, radial border of the tendon of the biceps brachia muscle.

6.      Khổng tối:Bờ ngoài cánh tay, từ nếp cổ tay thẳng lên 7 thốn,nằm trên đường nối Xích trạch và Thái uyên.

Location: Radial on the medial aspect of foream, 7 cun above the transverse wrist crease, on the line jointing L5 and L9.

7.      Liệt khuyết:

a) Nếp gấp cổ tay lên 2 thốn,chỗ động mạch quay 

b) Ngón trỏ và ngón cái 2 tay đan nhau, ngón trỏ của tay kia đặt lên đầu xương quay, điểm lõm dưới đầu móng tay ngón trỏ chỉ vào là huyệt.

L7: Lieque (Luo acupoint, Eight confluent acupoints of the eight extrordinary meridians)

Location:

a) 2 cun abve the transverse wrist crease, over radial arteria.

b) Under the tip of the index finger, when the left and right hukou of both hands are intercrossed and the index finger are pressed on another styloid process behind the wrist of radius

8.      Kinh cừ:Mặt trong đầu dưới xương quay,nếp gấp cổ tay thẳng lên 1 thốn.

L8: Jingqu (Jing-River acupoint, Metal acupoint)

Location: 1 cun above the transverse wrist crease, between the styloid Process of the radius and the radial artery.

9.   Thái uyên:Chỗ lõm trên động mạch quay trên lằn chỉ cổ tay.

L9 :Taiyuan (Convergent acupoint of vessel of eight influential acupoint of the eiaght tissues, Reinforce acupoint, Yuan acuponit, the Shu-stream acupoint, the Earth acupoint)

Location: On the transverse wrist crease, radial aspect of radial artery

10.      Ngư tế: Điểm giữa xương bàn ngón tay cái,nơi tiếp giáp da gan tay và da mu tay.

L10: Yuji (Ying-spring acupoint)

Location: At the midpoint of the palmar aspect of the first metacarpal bone, on the junction of the red and white skin.

11.      Thiếu thương: Cách gốc ngón tay cái 0,1 thốn.

L11: Shaoshang (The Jing-Well acupoint, the Wood acupoint)

Location: 0.1 cun lateral to the radial corner of the thumb nail.
